Seit über fünfzig Jahren empfängt das Hotel Girasole Reisende aus aller Welt mit der Herzlichkeit und Authentizität eines echten Familienbetriebs. Das Hotel wurde 1970 aus der Leidenschaft von Carmine und Assunta Ruocco gegründet und wird heute von ihren Kindern weitergeführt. Sie bewahren die gleiche persönliche Gastfreundschaft, die Liebe zum Detail und den Wunsch, jedem Gast das Gefühl zu geben, zu Hause zu sein.

Me personally, I loved the fact that yes it need a bit of modernising but suits it that it takes you back in time to silplicity with all the mod cons.
Fantastic Staff and Great views.
The Courtyard are is lovely and although out of the main centre. Easily accessible.

Location is about a 20 minute walk to the city center.  Not too bad.  The hotel is on a busy street.  Our room was very quiet though.  The walk to Sorrento is a bit noisy and the walk is narrow, so just be prepared.

I would recommend this hotel as the price is very reasonable.

Servizio impeccabile, ottimo ristorante, colazione abbondante. Clientela internazionale. La sig.ra Rita ed il fratello sono estremamente cortesi e disponibili e lo stesso si può dire di tutto il personale. A disposizione dei clienti c'è una piscina a pochi passi.

Some reviews say about the road noise. But if your room is at the back it's pretty quiet on a night.. food is really good. 4 stars for the room due to being a little dated, but they are always cleaned to a high standard. So all in all we have had a fantastic holiday.
We will be returning this time next year.
